Supershield is dedicated to ensuring the skills and technical training of its salesmen and distributors, periodically leading technical courses on the use of its products and systems. In order to gain certification, distributors and applicators of Supershield products and systems are trained both in the classroom and in the field. They contribute to the success of the products by providing advice for waterproofing solutions during the project phase and for the correct application at the construction site, as well as 24 hr customer service. Supershield Italy offers an Online Technical Assistance service to its customers and to construction professionals. It suggests solutions for waterproofing and protecting structures and helps to select the best one, providing valuable assistance to businesses and specialised workers in the field. Supershield technicians are always available to provide customers with assistance on construction sites, solving problems as they arise, in real-time.
